SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Options
Local Pickup (Vernon, BC): Free — assembled and ride-ready.
Canada Shipping: Bikes ship in their original factory box and require assembly. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Parts & Accessories: Shipped separately if ordered without a bike.
Delivery Times
Within BC: 3–7 business days
Other Canadian provinces: 5–12 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or holidays.)
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, which may include replacement parts or a return.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Bikes that have been ridden cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for unused, unassembled bikes or parts within 7 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing/defective parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for replacement parts, repairs, or a replacement unit as needed.
Warranty Support
For issues that occur after the initial return period, please refer to our 1-Year Warranty Policy, which includes free replacement parts.
