REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your minibike or parts arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, which may include sending replacement parts or arranging a return.
Returns must be in unused condition and shipped back in the original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for bikes that have been ridden.

Please note: minibikes are intended for off-road use only. Always wear proper safety gear when riding.

We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as name, email, address, and payment details) will only be used to process your order and communicate with you. We never sell or share customer information with third parties.

These minibikes are not street legal.
Riders should always wear helmets and protective gear.
Adult supervision is required for younger riders.
By purchasing, the customer assumes all responsibility for safe use.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Local Pickup (Vernon, BC): Free — assembled and ride-ready.
Canada Shipping: Bikes ship in the original factory box and require assembly.
Delivery Times: 3–12 business days depending on location.
Damage in Transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
WARRANTY
All minibikes include a 1-year manufacturer warranty plus 1 year of free replacement parts.
Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (tires, chains, sprockets, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse, stunts, or lack of maintenance
Improper assembly or modifications
If you need warranty service, please contact us with photos and details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unassembled items in original packaging.
Bikes that have been ridden cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By purchasing from our store, the customer acknowledges and agrees that minibikes are motorized vehicles intended for off-road use only. Riding minibikes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or death.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe operation, maintenance, and supervision of riders.
We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products.
Riders must always wear helmets and protective gear.
Adult supervision is required for all underage riders.
By completing a purchase, the customer accepts full responsibility for use of the product and releases us from any liability related to its operation.
